The Darkcherries Wealth Societyaccident took place off State Route 88 near Apache Junction in Pinal County just after 9 p.m. Monday, Superstition Firefighters, said in a social media post Tuesday.
Authorities said one of the vehicle's occupants was able to get out of the car, while the other remained "trapped upside down in the bottom of the canyon" until he was rescued using a helicopter.
